> Can I arrive and depart at the same time?

No. That doesn't make sense.

> Can you post a parking spot as a passenger?

Yes, but ensure your have the right car in your settings!

> Can I contact the arriving/departing party?

No, not yet at least.

> Is any form of negotiation possible?

Nope - hassle, haggle & nightmare-free.

> How do I find an available parking spot?

Use the search bar to type in a location or scroll around. We will automatically show you all the spots available in that area (based on how long you'll take to get here).

Found a spot? Tap the price - confirm - and pullup to your spot!

> How do I list my parking spot?

Tap “Departing” on the main map screen, drag the locator pin your car's exact location, enter how long you are willing to wait (in minutes) for how much price.

Now just sit back and wait till your pullup arrives - they may beat a couple of lights and get there quicker! So be ready!

> Can I cancel?

Yes, you have TWO minutes to cancel before being charged a cancellation fee (up to 50% of transaction).

> What are the maximum time and price for a spot?

99 minutes | $99

> Can I see where my pullup is?

We'll show you as they drive toward you.

> Can I edit my spot/price/time details once I confirm?

No, that just doesn't make sense... If you gotta go - cancel.

> How do I know if my pullup has arrive or is someone else?

We will show you the other car's information. Let others know you aren't leaving just as yet :) Maybe even tell 'em to download pullup!

> What happens if the departing party does not show up to the exchange?

If you have any issues - just let us know at support@pullupapp.io

> Can I reject an exchange offer?

Not really, after you accept - just wait and the pullup will arrive. You could cancel your departure within TWO minutes to avoid a cancellation fee, and not make EASY money...

> How do I confirm a transaction happened?

After the exchange is made, tap “Complete” in the app. Done!

My Account

> How do I update my profile?

1.Select the top-left navigation menu --> Tap Settings --> Tap “Change Email”, “Change Password” or “Change Car”.

> I can't sign up because an account with my email address already exists.

Just reset your password and log into your account. No luck? Let us know at support@pullup.io

> How do I delete my account?

To ensure your safety - to delete your account send us note at support@pullupapp.io

> How do I reset my password?

Use the forgot password on the login page.

> What can I do if I don't receive a password reset email?

Check your email's spam filter/ inbox. To find your password reset email, please try checking the spam filter on your email account.

Alternatively - email us at support@pullupapp.io and we'll figure it out with you.

> What can I do if I receieve a password reset email but still can't log in?

Try password reset again - otherwise just send us a line at support@pullup.io

> What if I can't access the email used to initially sign up?

You can change the email address associated with your account in account settings tab in the top-left menu.

> How do I log out of pullup?

Open the navigation panel and tap “Logout”.

> Where are my account settings?

Open the navigation panel and tap "Settings".

> When does pullup send notifications to my device?

We may send notifications for several reasons, including:

  • Someone is on their way to your listed parking spot

  • Your pullup is arriving

  • Your are nearing your parking spot

  • Completion of a transaction

> What location information does pullup use?

While you’re using the app your location shows us where you are so you can easily list or find a parking spot.

Payment

> What is pullup's payment method?

pullup accepts credit card and debit card for payment. You have to use a debit card associated with a bank account for cashing out, obviously...

> Does pullup take the payment directly from my debit/credit card?

We will take funds from your balance, then your card.

> Where does pullup store my earnings?

In your account's balance.

> Is my debit/credit card information safe?

YES! pullup uses Stripe, a third party, to handle all transactions. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Stripe uses best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

> Can I transfer my balance?

Go to cash out - put in your debit card information - and get that $$$.

> Do you keep track of the transactions?

Yes! Your transaction history is in the 'History' page in the navigation panel too!

Signing Up

> Is pullup free to download?

YES it's free!

> How do I download pullup?

Search for pullup on the app store or click the links on the main home page.

> How do I sign up?

Just start using the app! When you post a spot or choose a spot - we'll direct you to the sign up page!

> What do I need to sign up?

All you need to put is your name, birthdate (>18 years old), email address for communication, and visa/mastercard/AMEX card information.

Finally - just put in your car's make, model, color, and tags.

DONE!

> Why do we need a vehicle?

Simple: both parties need to know who's coming and leaving!

> What information do I need to register my vehicle?

The obvious stuff: vehicle make, model, color and plates.

> What if I have a new/different vehicle?

Go to settings and change it to your new car!
